Rajesh Yadav commonly referred to as Captain, a firm believer in “Actions Speak Louder than Words,” possesses a remarkable array of achievements and a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. Beginning his professional journey as a Short Service Commissioned Officer, he has demonstrated exemplary dedication and commitment to service in the Indian Army before voluntarily retiring in 1998 with the rank of Captain.

Presently, Captain assumes the pivotal position of Director – Administration and Security, overseeing a large organization comprising more than 1000 security and allied personnel. His astute leadership, honed by extensive travels and exposure to diverse environments, encompasses a broad spectrum of disciplines, including security, administration, operations, and finance management.
